**Econops Terms of Service** Herein "Econops", the “Service” or "we" will refer to the website econops.com and its user experience, account management, on-demand analytical tools, chat-AI assistants, computational APIs, and data or material searched for, stored, submitted, or processed via this website. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility and Accounts 1.1 You must be able to form a binding contract with us and comply with these Terms, and you must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. Parents/guardians are responsible for a minor's account. 1.2 You are responsible for your account, passwords, API tokens, and activity. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use. 1.3 Each account must be operated by a natural person or a duly authorized representative of a legal entity. Automated accounts, bots, or non-human operators are prohibited except where we have expressly authorized programmatic access through our APIs under a valid token. Accounts may not be used for spamming, unsolicited marketing, mass messaging, or any automated promotional activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if evidence emerges that it is operated by an unauthorized bot, used for spam or marketing abuse, or otherwise violates this section. 1.4 Account Activity: For an account to remain active, you must log in or make an authenticated API request at least once every sixty (60) days. If you do not, we may classify the account as unused or inactive. We are not obligated to delete unused accounts from our systems, but an inactive account may lose certain privileges or features, including on-demand compute capacity, stored sessions, or API access, and we may further restrict, suspend, or close the account where appropriate for security, integrity, or operational reasons. 1.5 Usernames and Identifiers: If an account is unused or inactive, the associated username or public identifier may be released for reuse by other users. Where practicable, we will send a warning to the email address on file before releasing a username. Usernames that relate to public figures, organizations, or other entities may be disputed where applicable law affords such protection; we may require verification and may reassign or reclaim usernames consistent with law and these Terms. 2. User Content and License 2.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or process through the Service, including prompts, chat messages, documents, datasets, code, charts, analyses, and other material (“User Content”). 2.2 License to Econops: You grant Econops a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, modify (for formatting/transcoding/inference), transmit, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service, including running analyses, generating chat-AI responses, executing on-demand computations, distributing via CDNs and service providers, and transmitting prompts or files to subprocessors (including AI model providers) as needed to fulfill your request. This license does not authorize us to publish your User Content as a public blog, feed, or similar publication unless you expressly elect a sharing or publication feature. 2.3 Duration: This license continues until your User Content is removed from the Service. For backups, caching, audit logs, and legal obligations, reasonable archival copies may persist. We will cease processing for active session and computation purposes upon removal except as required for legal, security, billing, or compliance purposes. 2.4 Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you. 3. Service Outputs and Platform Status 3.1 Econops provides on-demand analytical tools, chat-AI assistance, documentation, APIs, and computational methods. We are not a blog, publisher, or social network, and we are not obligated to monitor all User Content or outputs. We do not endorse User Content or AI-generated outputs. We may, at our discretion, moderate, label, restrict, or remove content or outputs, or suspend accounts, including to comply with law or protect users and the integrity of the Service. 3.2 Outputs of the Service (including chat responses, analyses, forecasts, rankings, code, charts, and computational results) are generated from your inputs, third-party data, models, and our systems. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your purpose. You remain solely responsible for how you use them. 3.3 Unless a feature expressly makes material public, sessions, chats, uploaded files, and analytical workspaces are private to your account and authorized collaborators. 4. Prohibited Conduct and Content 4.1 You agree not to violate laws, third‑party rights, or these Terms; including submitting illegal content, IP‑infringing content, defamation, harassment, hate speech, or privacy violations. 4.2 Do not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or circumvent technical measures, rate limits, or billing controls. 4.3 Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, or engage in fraud, spam, scraping, or automated collection without permission. 4.4 Do not use the Service to process or store highly sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords to third‑party services, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or special-category personal data) unless expressly permitted. 4.5 Do not use the Service to provide or solicit regulated investment advice, to manipulate markets, or to attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary models, prompts, or datasets except as allowed by applicable law. 5.
